Family Hanoi Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, THEY WILL CHANGE THE RESERVATION TO MUCH LOWER RANKING HOTEL!!!!|I am a tour leader for groups and I booked this hotel from Italy long before my trip. 2 days before our arrival they wrote me throught whatsapp that there were problems with the rooms and they asked if we could be moved to another Hotel - The Pilgrim hotel. |Since I had a group with me, before accepting the changes, I checked the review of the option they were given and they were ok. The Pilgrim hotel had good reviews on line. |When we arrived we discovered that we were not booked at the Pilgrim Hotel as I was told, but in another one, much lower in ranking (I could not even found it when I checked the first time). |So my reccomendation is to not choose ether the Family Suite Hotel nether the Pilgrim Hotel, since they treat like this tourist. |It they want to charge higher price for the rooms just need to charge higher from...
