Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s all self check in but the staff are so helpful and responsive over WhatsApp, they helped with everything we needed.

The quality of the rooms are so good, very clean, very stylish and all the facilities worked perfectly. The bed was so comfy. Finally a tv that actually works.

The location is great - walking distance to anywhere you need to go in the old quarter but not in the busy loud part so you can have a good nights sleep.

There’s a washing machine and dryer free to use on the top floor which is so ideal, they even supply the washing detergent.

If we ever come back to Hanoi we will definitely stay here again, one of our favourite accommodations in our 7 months in south east...

Easily of the best places we've stayed at in Hanoi during our travel, the place is super comfy and clean, close to the old quarter and lake , but away from all the noisy places, so you can rest easy. The staff were great, even though everything is online and self check in, they made the process really easy. We stayed in the room with a balcony, that has all the basic stuff you need to make your stay more comfortable including a kitchen with all the utensils. Washing machine and dryer available on the terrace upstairs for free which is really convenient in case you need to wash your clothes fast. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here...
