Best cold brew in town Great pour over and latte, too. Viennoise cafe is always satisfy the need of a rich, smooth, lustrous "bite" of a drink. Service is cold and profesional. They WILL do your order as fast as they can, so you should just chill and wait for the service. No "immediate, right away" service at this facility, everything need to be in a sequential order. I recommend "Me da cold brew" for a hot day, "latte" for light weather, "Viennoise" for a cold afternoon. You can always ask the barista for interesting drip option if you want something new and exciting.

What a lovely hidden gem in Hanoi! A friend told me to come and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism of these coffee roasters and baristas. I rarely order Chemex coffee because it takes long, it’s pricier and most places don’t take coffee that seriously, but when I saw the choice of beans, I knew it was worth it. The space is also very nice and cozy, if a bit small. I will come back this week! I’ve already told my other friends in Hanoi who can’t wait to try it.
