Hanvet Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

Pretty basic hotel. Rooms are spacious and AC works well. Shower have good water pressure and gives you hot and cold water. No cockroaches or rats around so rooms are clean.

Staff is friendly, when available. Usually they are not. When we arrived to the hotel there was nobody around. We waited for 15min and then someone came to inform that we can leave our staff to hotel until check in time. When we checked out there was nobody around so we just left the key on table and left.

Also they do not really clean your room unless you ask. And it’s hard to ask if you cannot find anyone. Always have to call to a manager since that’s the only option.

And the bed. It’s horrible since you can feel the springs on the mattress.

But still one of the best budget...

This hotel was scheduled by our travel company. The room that we were given had several areas of black mold on the walls. There was also a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and the hand towel provided was so thread barren you could hold it up and see through it. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and was told there were none available for the size we needed. The person at the front desk said that they had received damage from a storm that occurred in the area 2-3 weeks before our arrival. She told me they were waiting for the walls to dry before they could begin |repairs. We left this hotel and went to another hotel in the area. I can say the staff were very nice and even helped us get our luggage out...

We booked this hotel by accident, bcs we were walking on that street and see the hotel, we were just wandering to ask the price and see the room, and it WAY BETTER than my already booked hotel in old quarter. So we decided to book this one and cancel the other.

Also i have a room that cannot be locked, turns out it runs out of battery, then the staff quickly replace it after i asked the staff to contact the manager for the problem. Also the manager are VERY kind, he help us and give directions to best way to go to airport, and also managed to crate some route for us to follow and told us some tips and...
