Wish I could give it 0 stars. Absolutely appalling place. The moment we stepped foot inside it was filthy and you’re hit with this unpleasant aroma. Hair in the corners of the lobby and lift floors. Got to our level and leaning up against the wall was a random bed and mattress. We got to the room and that’s smelt even worse. Everything was dirty inside the room, I ran my finger across the headboard of the bed and I was disgusted with the dust that accumulated on my finger. An electrical plug socket was hanging off of the wall how very safe of the hotel. The ceiling in the bathroom had been pushed up for some unbeknownst reason giving the illusion something must have been wrong. A thick layer of dust sat on top of the bathroom hairdryer, not to miss the extractor fan that could do with a little dust. The bed wow. I felt like I’d been put in prison it was harder than a slab of concrete. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures and you will be deeply disappointed. I urge anyone looking at booking this place to run for the hills. Read the other reviews it’s diabolical. The only good thing is that the hotel refunded us instantly.

The worst stay imaginable! The price is absolutely not justified by the quality of the hotel. Even when booking, it was clear that the pictures on the website were rendered and not real photos, but the rooms look nothing like the images. The property is dirty and has an unpleasant smell. There is mold and water damage visible everywhere on the walls. In the bathroom, water from the shower drains directly onto the floor through a hole. The walls are so thin that we could hear people talking in the neighboring room and were woken up by their alarm clock. Payment at the property can only be made in local currency—no card payments or payments in USD are accepted. If I hadn’t been so exhausted after a 16-hour flight, I would never have stayed in this place! I strongly advise against anyone staying here! The only positive aspect is the relatively good location. We spent most of our time walking around the city, and all major attractions were within a 30-minute walk at most.

It looked new in the pictures and in booking but it’s actually not. The interiors are decent but the rooms are kind of wore a bit, the toilet has old tiles that suggested it has been used for a long time now. Furniture and tv has a lot of dust, suggesting they don’t really carefully clean the room after it has been used. It has a mini kitchen but doesn’t have a vent exhaust pipe or rangehood, also don’t have sprinklers or in house fire extinguishers! It’s quite unsafe on that part and if you’re particular about these kinda things i suggest you find something else in the area instead. One thing good about the place is it has a KFC at the first floor (if you’re a tourist and would love a break from local food or came home late at night from a tour this is convenient). It’s also near from tourist spots like the HCM mausoleum, imperial citadel, temple of literature, etc.
