The hotel was an amazing experience. The staff members Ly, Nhi, and Thuong provided incredible customer service and always showed a positive attitude. We aren't locals, so we asked about good locations for shopping, food, and other services, and they gave wonderful suggestions. The rooms were incredible and made us feel very comfortable. The beds were amazing, the shower pressure was great, and the bathroom came with necessary toiletries such as soap, toothbrushes, and shower caps. The hotel is quite well priced for the quality and it is very aesthetic. We actually extended our stay for an extra night because of how enjoyable the hotel was. The hotel is absolutely wonderful! I had some issues with my mobile data at the beginning of my stay, and Dat and Nhi went above and beyond to help me. They stayed patient and kind throughout the whole process, even though it took about 45 minutes and several phone calls to sort everything out. Their kindness and dedication truly amazed me. We stayed here for 2 nights, either side of taking the night train - this hotel is just 200m or so walk to the railway station. (Totally recommend the night train to Lau Cai and Sapa City and the highest mountain in Indochina). ||This hotel is super nice and really new inside. Rooms very clean and crisp, and super breakfast with breathtaking panoramic views of Hanoi via huge floor to ceiling windows on 11th floor.
