AVOID AT ALL COST THE BODY MASSAGE! Most of their good review is probably based on other type of massages.

Me and my husband chose this spa (body massage 60 minutes) based on the google review. Unfortunately, we were completely let down on this occasion. Body massage of this spa is unprofessional and not worth the money. The massage itself was woeful. She tried to massage my face without an oil, and with strong pressure! The massage was more of a rub in the beginning despite the fact that I informed them medium pressure is preferred and it didn't feel like she knew what she was doing at all!! I asked to put more pressure but she started to massage even lighter. Once finally understood, she used the same hard pressure on all parts of my body including sensitive parts! Please learn at least which body parts need less pressure! Also there is not enough space between beds, which seemed to make masseuse do their job with difficulty. In the end I am more stressed and tense, rather than relaxing. Also froze to the core as it was cold in there. Now I am occasionally coughing with trapezius pain on left side which was not there!!! It is not only masseuse’ mistake, it is also indication of poor management. PS: masseur my husband had was no better in any way. Also has no idea what...

Cant trust the reviews given for Trust Spa. Perhaps I was the only unlucky one as my group mates’ masseuse were actually good and they had an overall good experience. I think the place was already full but they did not want to turn us away so I was led to the highest floor for my full body massage. The room already had other guests and I was asked to go to the end. The curtain could not cover my corner but the room was dark so I thought it was going to be ok. During the massage the other guests started to leave (luckily they were both women) and the room got brighter. As I did not have a curtain, my whole back was exposed to the guests, there was no privacy at all. The masseuse also seemed to be a temp as she came late and was switched during the midst of the massage. Felt like she was dozing off half the time and there was no sequence to the massage. Did not felt relax or had a good experience at all for the price we paid.

Would have given 1 star but because my friends had a good masseuse, I am giving 2.

Oh! Do remember to give tips as they will ask for it “if you had a good time” (even if you didnt have a good time, its safer...

I didn't like it at all.

First, the place is small, uncomfortable, and noisy. The massage beds are literally 20 cm apart, so you can see and hear every other customer nearby. There’s no privacy at all; it feels like Ford's assembly line in a cramped, humid room filled with awkward sounds.

Additionally, there is no shower, so you'll be walking around covered in a cheap, unpleasant oil for the rest of the day.

Most importantly, the massage technique was very poor. It was not only unhealthy but also incorrect and unsafe. I had to stop my therapist several times to prevent injury. This was unprofessional and unsafe, even though he seemed to be trying his best.

Overall, I will never visit this place again, nor would I recommend...
