Unfortunately, this place didn’t live up to expectations. I was really hoping for a flavorful, authentic bowl of Bún bò Huế, but what I got was more reminiscent of a bland phở bò. I requested no pork knuckle or blood cube—which is usually not an issue—but even with those omissions, the broth lacked the rich, spicy depth I associate with the dish. Read moreHorrible customer service. Tried to eat here twice. First time sat at a table inside and waited for someone to take our order while mosquitos were biting us. There was only one other table eating at the same time. After a while, no one came to take our order so we left. While walking out they asked if we paid for our food.
Second time, because it was getting late, we called the restaurant and asked if they were open and would serve a table of 6. They told us that they would serve us. We got to the restaurant 5 mins after we called and when we arrive they said they were closed.
