Stayed here for a weekend and wish we could have cancelled. Asked to check-in at 1pm which was confirmed. Arrived at 1pm and was only greeted around and let in around 2:15pm. Our room wasn’t even ready so we got given a different which felt smaller and nothing like what we booked. Room had someone’s old slippers left.
