Cork & Bottle Wine Bar — Restaurant in Hà Nội

We made a reservation after checking with the staff that we could bring a special wine without corkage fee. We booked the table, moved to the bar and ordered additional drinks and food, but the staff suddenly changed their mind and then she wanted to charge a corkage fee, rudely replying with lies (e.g. that the staff didn't understand the corkage question because he speaks poor English, however it was asked in Vietnamese) and she behaved disrespectful with the customers. Hopefully the owner takes care of this negative attitude...

Great wine selection and a nice happy hour, which is rare in Vietnam (specially for the wine). The first waitress was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, her older colleague, who didn’t help at all and was singing like she was at home, became aggressive for no reason when it was time to pay. Perfect wine bar for wine lovers or if you casually enjoy a class now and then! Staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating!!
