I have tried many smoothie bowls in my life, but the one I had here was by far the best of my life (not including soft serve Açaí ;)). The cafe itself is located close to the lake up north, but takes 1h walking from old quarter. Second floor is lovely, ground floor rather dark, but has a certain vibes that’s cool. Friendly staff with great English! You order and pay at the counter first. Was here last year just having coffee, but this time I also had their food First of all really friendly staff who were able to accommodate my wish of a banana free smoothie bowl I chose mango Passionfruit and I think avocado and topping was also mango, pitaya, coconut and Granola I am impressed by the freshness of fruits and the amount of topping for this price! It’s cheap and delicious. To be honest out of this world! The texture was amazing and the taste likewise. Price is great I think 60k only and you can add peanut butter for only 5k - highly recommended Free wifi and water, clean facilities and the coffee was the best so far in Vietnam. I ordered their coconut coffee which is like a slushy and had it without sugar Was strong and delicious! I am totally impressed! Highly recommend going here! So worth it and can’t wait to try their bagel which looked nice Their sourdough is amazing. I had their avocado one and it was packed, nicely toasted and crunchy as it should be Best café in Vietnam Need to try more...
Read moreGot a bit lost when looking for it, seeing as on one side of the road you get to 43 and the opposite side you're still in the 20s, but push through and you'll find La Studio, wooden sign and menu by the door. There's indoor parking for the motorbikes, the street is quite small so be aware of that. Either way, you get in and it's a wide open space, bar and kitchen at the end, where you can order breakfast all day long, smoothies and sandwiches with a variety of drinks, espresso, latte etc. If you're looking at old pictures, the menu has changed, so smoothie bowls come in four or five flavours, prices range from 60 to 65 and same for the sandwiches and drinks, prices have increased. WiFi is available so it's a really nice place to get some work done, and to top it all off they have some vegan baked goods going around between 25 and 40K a piece. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be back when craving a delicous and healthy...
Read moreThe food here is exceptionally delicious. As a vegan it can be tricky to find tasty food at times when traveling and in Hanoi this was the case for me. But this place definitely hit the spot & was exactly what I was looking for! Some dishes I can recommend are the tempeh bagel sandwich which is very smokey and flavourful! The tomato soup is also amazing because it tastes like the tomatos were oven roasted before. My partner said it was the best tomato soup he ever ate. Of the sweet pastries I only tried the chocolate donut which I could recommend to any chocolate enthusiast. The drinks are tasty too, I had a matcha latte with soy&coconut milk. The staff was helpful and friendly. All in all I can see the owner put a lot of thought and work into this café! Great job and keep going, hope it will thrive and have many customers in the future. The only thing that could improve is the bathroom tap which...
