As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a stunning whirlpool, a stylish reception booth, and a fabulous little liquor bar, all conveniently located on the ground floor. And that's not all - the hotel even has bikes available for guests to rent or borrow, depending on your accommodation package!

The owners of this incredible villa are locals who go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the luxurious family suite on the first floor, which was absolutely amazing! With two king-size beds that were surprisingly comfortable, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The bathroom was super spacious, and the shower was extremely convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. The view from the balcony is something that I would love to come back for. This is located right next to the Hoi An old quarters. Every attraction of the town are in walking distance while it is located over a motorable road, easy to get a Grab whenever you want.

The reception is friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool that I didn't get time to visit. My room was the river facing one with a balcony overlooking the old town. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. It had basic amenities including tea maker, hair dryer, mini fridge filled with drinks and water. Tea/coffee satchels, and basic toiletries. The room also had a large size TV that I also did not get time to use.

The bed was nice and I had nice sleep at night. The air conditioning was effective.

The hotel also arranges for pick up and drops to the airport as well as tours from the hotel. The cost is reasonable.

The hotel does not provide breakfast or any food on order. However there are several restaurants just outside the hotel and in the old town.

Owners and staff are really wonderful and it makes staying here very pleasant i stayed 4 nites room 403 right at the top 4th floor balcony nice room on the 'not so squeezy' side. Had cold water for 2 days partly my fault I didn't know they have a switch in the room for hot water so that got sorted room gets promptly made up which is nice I'm older I go out in morning then I like to have a rest in the afternoon but unfortunately they're doing major construction work in the next room to me jackhammer drilling cutting so noisy I just think it would have been nice if there was a notification of the construction dates so you could choose to stay here or not and that's not the only problem next door is doing full reno on building which shares our walls and they start banging and cutting 7am they seem to go to 7pm 6 days Sunday off its next to unbearable yesterday I got up and went out the noise was so loud. I'm not saying you can't do it it's part of life however our choice would have been nice in summary would I stay here again Absolutely great place more importantly beautiful...
