You are pleasantly greeted from the car to the building. Ms Duong is a wonderful host., she literally helps with anything. The building is very clean and very comfortable. Ms Duong helps with any tours, a private car., anything that you need can be done through Ms Duong., she can plan and organise anything that you want to do in Vietnam. She even obtains the foods that you may like., so very much a home away from home. The rooms are large and roomy., the beds are large and comfortable., it’s an extremely beautiful room., it’s like a home away from home., allot of thought has gone into making people comfortable and to make your trip easy, she organised anything. We had two rooms upstairs with the bath and balcony., I didn’t want to leave, it’s very easy to be extremely comfortable. The cook is lovely also, she is very receptive of what you would like for breakfast. It was so lovely here, I honestly didn’t want to leave. Ms Duong also gives good places to shop at and the best tours to suit your needs. I honestly would come back here.,Ms Duong should get the highest rating for her hosting abilities and the building., hands down the best place to stay in Danang. Nice little property 900 m from the ancient town Hoi An which makes it very convenient if you want to walk the distance (about 9 min). Very clean, modern rooms and extremely helpful staff. Little swimming pool in from of the property. Keep in mind the following: only few rooms are front facing (to the street). The side facing rooms are quite tricky because at least the right side (as u face the entrance) faces to a wall less than 50cm apart so u have absolutely no view and very little light. Also have in mind that breakfast is very basic (inadequate in my opinion) as you have only one option of food (yoghurt with fruit or noodles etc) and one option of drinks (orange juice OR coffee etc) which is a minus. U have to preorder the previous day. In my case (1 person) they kindly offered me 2 plates choice because the booking was for 2 person room. Ground floor plus 2 floors, no elevator. Ill start from the end: best staff and best hotel in our Vietnam trip, and one of the cheapest.

Staff: if you think all Vietnamies are nice, you wont believe about the staff here. My girlfriend got sick and they cared SO MUCHH. Helped us with the doctor, brought her everything she needed, and did EVERYTHING to make her feel better. When we got stuck without a place to sleep because we didnt book a room in advance and they all got booked us, they felt so bad and turned the world upside down just to make it possible for us to stay. They helped us off hours, gave us their private cell phone numbers just in case we need, they are the best of the best. This is the first time im buying more then one gift for an hotel receptionist (and she diservs even more)

Room: big room, large comfi beds, very very nice for the price.
