ADELA HOTEL — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

The staff were absolutely excellent! They helped me with a police report I needed to get and I also had a few drinks with the boys who work for the hotel in the lobby, was a fantastic night, although I got smashed and was quite hungover 🙈 will definitely stay again!

Special thanks to the security officer Tuong for going out of his way to help me out multiple times. A really good guy! He should get a promotion or a raise for how much he helped me out.

The worst reception service I have ever experienced. There was a mixup with the name of the hotel (a pre-Covid name and its now name). The receptionist would not even look at her computer to see if we were booked there. Very rude. I would not stay there and will never book a room...
