Familia Hotel — Hotel in Hue City

We got 2 rooms, 203 and 301. 203 have problem w the water pipe, 301 toilet not working, u can imagine that u sleep w a toilet full of s... And my friend need wake up at midnight try to fix it himself cuz the smell so bad. The fixer that they call come at morning and 10am when we came back room the same problem happen w 301. We so unhappy. I know this hotel have really good location, their price good so small room no fridge is fine but it's toilet man. I talked w receptionist when I get payment, w those problem and no discount or anything like a sorry, she said if room have problem she will call people fix that but she don't know about the room🥲🥲🥲 hope someone who know the room...

Exquisite torture. To be fair, the hotel contacted me on the day of arrival to say that there was some construction noise ...when it was too late to cancel without penalty! Also to be fair, the rooms are good value for money but the concrete drilling and banging from the construction was worse than waterboarding torture . I stayed a week and felt totally exhausted by the end of it....

Great rooms - big and clean. They even moved us without having to ask to a quieter room away from the ground floor. Great service from reception who sorted out bike hire and laundry for us.
