Check your itemized bill!!!
All the great reviews are likely from the great customer service, free happy hour items, and alright western food options.
When I went for dinner, it started off great. The staff were attentive and were able to explain the specials they had. As part of their special happy hour promo, each guest received a bruschetta appetizer, fruit dessert, and a soft drink. The food came out quickly one after another. While the food isn’t amazing, it was decent. I had ordered the fried spring roll and a small pepperoni pizza with no black olives. The spring roll was average, the pizza was too salty and I think wine was used in the tomato sauce. Odd, but it tasted ok. I didn’t eat much because this was my first meal of the day and it was making me queasy.
After finishing my meal, it came time for the check. It took abnormally long to get the check. I watched the server go and type it into a small handheld device which then printed off the itemized bill. While typing into the device, the three servers chatting off to the side. I always look at the bill to make sure it accurate and when I looked at the bill, I noticed they charged me for a large pizza instead of the small one I ordered. Thinking back, it’s likely they were discussing to upcharge thinking I wouldn’t say anything. Unfortunately for them, I noticed and pointed it out. The other guests started noticing when I pointed this out and that is when they apologized. The new bill came back much faster.
Small thing but just made worse by the incorrect bill: the server asked if I wanted to pack any leftover to go. I had asked for a single slice of pizza to be packed along with the spring rolls. I don’t have a microwave and would only realistically eat only one slice of pizza cold. She came back with all the...

To start this review with a note: you cannot expect European quality on Italian food across the globe, yet I enjoyed what I ate very much.
I got seated by a lovely young lady with good English, she explained the special to me and then I ordered my food.
I ordered the Nr. 87. Quatro stagioni pizza and that came with 1.5L bottle of water, tiny bruchetta as entre and passionfruit & watermelon as dessert. This only while paying for the pizza, nothing else.
The pizza had a thin crust, crackling like a taco but made with fresh dough and held its shape. It is definitely not an original type crust, yet again: this was exactly what I felt like having to be honest. The ingredients were nice and nothing was overpowering.
The bruchettas were of very average quality. Then again, this was a part of the special and I was very happy to receive them!
I believe you can choose any other drink for the special, but am not sure about this.
All the food came out on good time, the lady keeps an eye on the customers, yet gives them plenty of space. The put on some BTS when I sat down which I loved!
Where else can you eat Italian in Vietnam listening to Korean Pop! I enjoyed this experience, the place looks decent and very clean.
One little thing however: upon walking up to the place it looked closed at 14:30, yet it wasnt. They set the outside seating later in the day due to the heat that Hue experiences during the day.
The menu also has plenty of options and they also have a small menu of local dishes available.
The also very kindly and little shy'ish asked me if I could leave a review, which I was planning on anyway.
I had a good experience here and would recommend...
Read moreDamn. Truly, best risotto we've ever had (and yes, we've been to Italy!) Being blessed by the stunning flavours and dishes of Vietnam on our journey going from North to South.. myself and my mate wanted a little comfort food, to refresh our palettes and scope out how well other food is done here... We were not disappointed. My god. If you find yourself in Hue and fancy a risotto, bruschetta or pizza, please. I implore you, go here. We were so impressed by the quality, the flavour and overall experience that we had, after exchanging looks over our meal of absolute amazement and comments about how much of an impression it had made on us; we had to remind ourselves we are in Vietnam not Italy!
The bruschetta was gorgeous, sharp, tangy with firm tomatoes and seasoned to perfection. The risotto was a gorgeous texture; soft, velvety with a wonderful chew, and the dough for the pizza completely won us over with quality ingredients used for the toppings, teamed with a glass of Vietnamese wine - we found a gem!
The owner, we had befriended after paying and ensuring she knew how amazing her food was, was so sweet! She gave us hugs, got a little emotional and had told us that all she wanted to do was cook tasty things from her heart and make people happy.. Truly, such a beautiful experience in such a gorgeous place.
Give it a go, and be completely surprised! (There would've been more photos had we not have...
