I loved my stay here. First of all, the owner is very nice and welcoming. And, luckily for me, she speaks a fair amount of English. It was a pleasure to stay with such good people. They have rooms with a window (220k dong) and without a window (200k). I went for a room without a window, and it was actually OK: thanks to the full-height glass on the front wall, it doesn't feel like you are isolated. Perhaps one thing I would improve about the room is provide a second blanket or a warmer blanket, because with their blanket only it felt chilly. (Personally, I travel with a bedsheet, so I was using it as well every night, and I was OK.) The homestay looks modern and well-kept. They take good care of the place, everything is sparkling clean. In the bathrooms they provide a very nice handwashing gel and even toothpaste! I loved it. (The bathroom is shared, but it was totally OK for me.) And on the third floor they have a kettle: it felt homely to be able to make tea/coffee there. All in all, I have really enjoyed my stay.
