Bún bò O Thư — Restaurant in Hue City

There doesn't seem to be a menu. Just one dish and it comes out fast. They just send out a bowl for each person, so make sure you let them know if one of you is not eating. Serving size is quite large. Ingredients look fresh. They provide a large plate of salad/herbs, fresh lime wedges, and two small bowls with what seems to be a chilli paste and pickled chilli. Seating is on little plastic stools and the place was full of locals when we arrived (Wed 8am in June). They don't seem to speak a lot of English, but were friendly and eager to help. This Bun bo hue is so good. We came a little after 11 but they still served us. The only question they asked was whether we wanted both Beef (Bo) and pork (Heo). We said yes to both.

Quán không biểu hiệu rầm rộ, khi đi ngang mình chỉ tấp vào ăn bất chợt thôi. Quán chủ yếu là người địa phương. Quán có 1 mình o nấu nên khi tới ăn mọi ng chủ độ tới chỗ o để gọi món và bưng về bàn nhé! O có nhiều mức giá và mình chọn 1 tô 50k, có 2 viên chả cua nhỏ thơm ngon khi ăn vào thấy đc thịt cua luôn, 1 cục chả khi căn vào nước ngọt từ cục chả ứa ra nó ngon dã man còn lại topping thịt thì đâu cũng như đâu nên không rì diu thịt nhé!
