**Terrible Experience!** We stayed at this place for 3 nights... never again in our lives!!! The rooms are nothing like the photos; they literally smell like sewage! During the night, the smell is so strong that we couldn't sleep!! Additionally, the first night we were woken up at 4 AM by noisy kids, and on the last night by a strange person knocking on our door and trying to get in at 4 AM!! An incredible mess all of this. They claim breakfast is included, but the breakfast is inedible! Stay away from this place!

Best location in town. Amazingly helpful owner. Despite of living in busy area but quite peaceful at midnight. I have lived here for few weeks but no complain so far. Vegetarian restaurant opposite which is a bonus. They also serve hot breakfast and Vietnamese coffee. Definitely come back next time!!!

Best location in town. Amazingly helpful owner. Despite of living in busy area but quite peaceful at midnight. I have lived here for few weeks but no complain so far. Vegetarian restaurant opposite which is a bonus. They also serve hot breakfast and Vietnamese coffee. Definitely come back next time!!!

Terrible Experience!

We stayed at this place for 3 nights... never again in our lives!!! The rooms are nothing like the photos; they literally smell like sewage! During the night, the smell is so strong that we couldn't sleep!! Terrible attitude. The room is okay, but please be careful of scams. At first, they said early check-in costs 100,000 VND, but when we checked out, they charged 400,000 VND (which is two-thirds of the room price). What a...
