I really enjoyed staying here over the weekend. The beds are some of the most comfortable you'll ever find in all of Vietnam, the pillows being super fluffy and the mattress making you feel like you're sinking into a bed of roses. Lying upon Lee Charming Beds, you'll fall asleep right away, no problem. I would also like to point out that the curtains are also not transparent, so you'll actually have better control over how lit the room is in the morning (If you're not quite ready to start the day).

And the landlord is one of the friendliest I've ever met in all of Vietnam. Lee, the owner, speaks fluent English too and he is always eager to help with whatever travel- or city-related concerns you have. Honestly, the moment you arrive at his place, you're treated like family, and that's what makes this place really special compared to other places I've stayed. When I arrived at the hotel, even with just a reservation for two days, I felt like I was rekindling relations with long lost relatives. It was amazing.

Ha Hieu is also one of the staff who works at Lee Charming, as of this writing. He serves as a customer service rep by day and a receptionist by night, and he is, like all of Lee Charming's staff, super warm and friendly and very approachable. He is quite professional and very responsive too when you message him at a moment's notice for whatever needs or concerns you have (You can message him on Zalo). In my particular circumstances, I was very lucky to have made contact with him in an emergency. I had made a last-minute reservation because of some mismatched scheduling that created some layover time, and he saved my butt as I had no other place to go! I will never, for the rest of my life, forget the support he gave me on that day! He rushed into the rescue, right away, and booked me for the hotel, like some kind of superhero. Doubtless, he'll be your hero too when you stay at Lee Charming and especially when you're in a jam, in Nha Trang, and trust me, jams will happen!

As a final note: Lee Charming is comfortably situated in a nice quiet alley, so you won't be disturbed by any noisy construction sounds.

Honestly, it doesn't get any more comfortable and cozy (and professional) than this. The rooms are SUPER cozy and clean, the staff incredibly kind and generous, and the price for a month or even a few days is a bargain. You will feel totally supported.

STAY AWAY! unless you want no hot water, to be bitten by mosquitoes, to suffocate in the room, and for absolutely no customer service what so ever... Lovely lovely hotel! Very clean and the staff were very helpful & hospitable. Great location in Nha Trang! We had 5 rooms on 2 floors and never had to wait for the elevator.
