VERY MEDIOCRE FOOD for such a HIGH price. Half the items on the menu are not made fresh and are reheated. The “olive oil” used for cooking is not even extra virgin olive oil - it is pomace oil, which is known to CAUSE CANCER. The pumpkin soup tastes NOTHING like pumpkin soup. The vegetable portions in the salad are paltry - the vegetables themselves are thoroughly subpar, and multiple vegetables promised on the menu were missing. The ingredients in the pizza are equally poor, and it does not even have proper tomato sauce.
The owner does not even bother to live nearby.
The employees are earnest, though clearly not adequately trained by the absentee owner.
The ambience in the main restaurant is pleasant and clean, though when you go near the kitchen to the bathroom you observe that hygiene standards drop dramatically, which may account for some of the earlier reviews suggesting food poisoning.
Despite all this, the prices are literally equal to or higher than what you would pay for a “comparable” restaurant in Italy or France.
I cannot in good conscience recommend that you go here. I have been to numerous restaurants of this style serving 100x better food at much lower prices in Da Nang, so it certainly can be done in Vietnam. (Those owners bothered to buy high quality ingredients and live nearby so as to continuously oversee and train their staff to make sure they did things with excellence. They are not just in it to grab cash.)

We originally ordered the tenderloin but the staff said to us to try the strip loin so we agreed, when it came out the strip loin looked nice but when we cut into it we could hardly cut it and it was full of fat, we told the waitress who went to get another member of staff. We advised them that we couldn’t eat it, the other member of staff then tried to blame us saying we knew that there was marbling in the steak and was arguing with us via Google translate. I advised them that we did not know as we originally picked something else, I then said that we would just like to leave as it was not getting to the point that we were being kept their while the member of staff came back and forth with the kitchen, I said that I was happy to pay, they advised it was cash only so I said I would go and collect cash from the ATM, my boyfriend offered to stay so they knew that we would pay so sat on the seats outside and he had to ask twice for them not to stand next to him as he was not going anywhere, it was intimidating behaviour.
