Yellow Guesthouse — Hotel in Nha Trang City

It is not a guest house! I would say it is more a place where different families and people live. We never see the owners, never. The place is so dirty and left without any care. The common kitchen It is absolutely disgusting, with leftover food, dirty dishes and insects that have been there for a while.

The room: dirty dirty dirty (bathroom, floor, surfaces). Terrible smell, no drinking water, the kettle was no working, the hot shower was not working.

We tried to call multiple time for help. No answers whatsoever. Luckily another Vietnamese guest was trying to contact them for another issues and we managed, thanks to him, to reach one of the owners.

Only good side is that they finally send a technical to repair the shower, but we ends up having to take a shower in a spare bedroom, as he couldn't repair it on the day.

So if u are just a tourist/traveller looking for a short time accomodation stay...

I'm leaving this review aiming to lower the totally fake rating that this place has at the moment. Probably in the past it has been a wonderful place but now it's an abandoned place, dirty, unorganised and with a total lack of care. It's not a guesthouse anymore but only a long term...
