I would strongly recommend that you do not book this hotel. My partner and I were left stranded at midnight when we arrived to our hotel and found that it did not exist.
We booked through booking.com and had previously contacted the owner to confirm that we were arriving late, to which they said it was fine because there is 24-hour check in facilities.
I called this same number when we arrived at the location listed on booking.com and google maps and could not see the hotel. The person on the phone was obviously very drunk, swore at me multiple times and said that he did not care because he sold the building to people months ago. I told him that my partner and I were now stranded in Sapa at midnight with nowhere to stay and asked why we were not told this before, but all I got was more swearing and more statements that it was not his problem.
This was honestly my worst hotel booking experience in over 30 years - please just heed this warning and book one of the many other places to stay in Sapa. I can recommend Florence Hotel Sapa as the owner was incredibly helpful and got out of bed when we called him after midnight to find us a room. Thank you for reading if you made it this far and literally book...
Read moreBing Sapa Hotel is on an excellent location. It is away from the hustle bustle of the town and I had restful nights. Cafes, supermarkets, morning and night markets, Sapa Station are all within walking distances….. all around 5-15mins’ walk.
My group was served very delicious meals, Vietnamese food, hotpots, and buffet breakfast. Vegetarians meals were catered upon request.
Herbal baths, foot massage and full body massage services are available, too, at very affordable prices.
The hotel is run by Ricky and wife. Both are very friendly and hospitable. Most importantly, both can speak English.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. All rooms come with attached bathrooms with modern toilet bowls and hot showers. Come during the hot seasons? No problem at all. All rooms are air-conditioned. On top of everything, each room is uniquely decorated. No two rooms are identical. I stayed in a room with an excellent view of the SaPa town and the distant mountain area where Fansipan lies.
Bing Sapa may not be your 5-star hotel but they surely gave they guests 5-star services. Bing Sapa is where I will go back to when I...
Read moreOn my first visit to Vietnam, I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in the enchanting town of Sa Pa. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the surroundings and the warm hospitality of the host.
First and foremost, the hotel is very clean and it instantly put me at ease. The host was exceptionally friendly, dedicating to ensuring his guests' comfort and taking the time to offer insights into the local area and its attractions.
As a vegetarian, I often find it challenging to find suitable options when dining out. However, the host not only accommodated our dietary requirements but also went the extra mile by preparing separate, delicious vegetarian meals for us.
My stay at Bing Sa Pa hotel was nothing short of delightful. Cleanliness, exceptional hospitality, and a commitment to catering to dietary needs make it a standout choice for anyone visiting this picturesque region. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to...
