Simply 5 stars! I arrived early at around 7am as I took night bus from Noi Ba Airport. They offered me early check-in with additional charge but I rejected as I planed to go to Fansipan after dropping off my back at receptionist. Done with Fansipan, they allowed me to check-in at 12pm 😊 The guy staffs had trouble communicating in English but there is a girl who can speak English well.

The room is exactly as to what I see online 😅 they have all the amenities ready. AC is there, but surely no one needs AC in Sapa.

When it’s time for me to checkout, and I’m waiting at lobby for my bus to pick me up, the staff gave a glass of hot tea. Very thoughtful. I think it’s perfect hotel for you to stay. As it’s located in the middle of Sun Plaza and the lake, so it’s very accessible...

The location is super central and ideal The room was nice and cozy The Staff was kind and servicability BUT: Difficulty communicating with the staff because they don't know English I was required to remind the staff to replace towels and soaps, and to organize the room The room wasn't completely similar to the pictures in Booking, like it's another hotel The room's maintenance is very poor, with leakage and lack of sealing of the windows, so water entered the room during the rains and I refused for 2 suggested rooms that...

Found this hotel last minute and initially booked for one night. The apartments were extremely clean and the location was so central so it was easy to get around Sa Pa from here. If I could rate the service higher than 5 stars I would as this is what made us stay an additional 3 nights. The service that Lien provided was second to none. Spoke great English, extremely friendly and resourceful able to help with anything and everything we needed! What a great asset...
