Parisian Dreams in a Vietnamese Gem: A Nostalgic Escape Our stay at this hotel was a delightful journey back in time. Despite its age, the hotel exudes a charm reminiscent of its majestic and splendid earlier years. From the moment I stepped into the building, I was transported to an old yet mystic and romantic Paris. The architecture and décor tell stories of a bygone era, blending Vietnamese grandeur with French influences in a truly picturesque manner. The lift was a nice touch, adding to the nostalgic feel. We booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious. On the second day, we were fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The first room offered a limited city view, while the upgraded room boasted stunning views of both the city and the mountains, complemented by a balcony perfect for soaking in the scenery (though the rain dampened that a bit). The rooms, though old, were beautifully furnished, capturing a blend of grand Vietnamese and French styles. Every detail added to the charm, making the space feel both romantic and serene. The hotel's café and restaurant were highlights of our stay. The nostalgic atmosphere evoked memories of Parisian urban life, and the food was exceptional. The wide range of quality dishes and beverages surpassed our expectations, making it unnecessary to explore the cafés and restaurants along the same street, which felt uninviting and overpriced in comparison. A delightful touch was the traditional plastic bathroom slippers, which added a unique charm to the experience. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable hospitality. Tin Tin and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing a level of service that deserves a six-star rating. On the whole, this hotel combines old-world charm with modern hospitality, making it a gem for those who appreciate history, elegance, and exceptional service. Highly recommended

i arrived in Sapa early at 5 a.m. without a booking, after dealing with two scams on fake listings in Hanoi. Luckily, I found Sapa Centre Hotel, which looked so inviting and homey with its classic green exterior and flowers on the terrace. Vi, the bartender, welcomed me and offered a seat while I waited for the reception to open. She served me a signature Vietnamese egg coffee by the fireplace, and it was delicious! When Suin, the receptionist, arrived, she was so friendly and accommodating, immediately helping us find a suitable room for our group of three. Despite just getting in, she looked ready to assist in every way. Then we met Tien—such a funny, lively person who shared great tips about the area. His warmth and humor made us feel instantly welcome. All the staff spoke English well, and even when there were language gaps, they tried hard to communicate and make us feel at home. As for the hotel itself, it’s a beautiful vintage building with a cozy vibe and breathtaking views. I love colonial-style architecture, so I felt right at home. The location is perfect, close to the iconic church and Sapa Lake, with many stores nearby and everything within walking distance. The food was also great and reasonably priced—I had fried rice for dinner and breakfast, and both were delicious. This place has left a lasting impression on me. I’ll always remember the warmth and hospitality here.

I highly recommend Sapa Centre Hotel! We booked 2 family rooms (good for 5 pax) for 2 days and 1 night from September 8–9, 2025 via Agoda, and our stay here was beyond expectations. First, the location is perfect—right at the city center of Sapa, just a minute’s walk from Sapa Station and conveniently along the highway, making it very accessible. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor, and the view from the terrace was amazing. The restroom was also clean and roomy—it honestly felt like we weren’t in Asia! The breakfast buffet was good, and if you want to avail it separately, the price is very affordable. We also loved their drinks and cozy vibes of their bar at the ground floor. The real highlight though is their customer service—a solid 5 stars. The staff were able to answer and accommodate my requests days before check-in, and they even kept us updated on services that could make our stay more convenient. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and accommodating. Special shout out to Dua Lipa (not her real name!) for her outstanding service. She made our stay extra memorable—her positive energy was contagious, and on our last day, she even gave us delicious hot tea as we checked out. Overall, this hotel gave us a great and memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend it to friends and to anyone looking for a good stay in Sapa.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapa Centre Hotel for four wonderful days, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a touch of local charm. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the stunning landscapes of Sapa. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the hotel. Waking up to panoramic vistas of mist-covered mountains was an absolute delight. We often found ourselves sipping a cup of coffee on the balcony, immersing in the serene beauty that surrounded us.The staff at Sapa Centre Hotel deserves special recognition. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. Their knowledge of the area and helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants added immense value to our experience. The hotel's dining options were impressive as well. We indulged in delicious local dishes at the restaurant, where the flavors of Sapa truly shone through. The attentive service and inviting ambiance made our meals even more enjoyable.Furthermore, the hotel's location was ideal. Situated in the heart of Sapa, we were within walking distance of various shops, markets, and cultural sites. It provided us with easy access to explore the town and immerse ourselves in the vibrant local culture.Overall, our four days at Sapa Centre Hotel were simply wonderful. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, breathtaking views, and convenient location made it an unforgettable experience. Great location - its in the heart of the Sapa, 1 minute away from sapa station ( for reference of 1st time visitors of sapa, sapa station is the entrance to Fansipan ), its right across an atm and a bank for currency exchange, its next to a bakery with great bread, has a cozy and relaxed bar and restaurant. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and convenience stores cause again of the location. Note that the hotel is street facing and it can get a bit noisy due to cars passing by. Emphasis on the "bit noisy" part as Sapa is overall laidback so the noise isnt actually as noisy as your typical big city and I think most people won't mind it or even notice it. But just putting it out here for those who might mind such.

The room we had was in the highest floor and we had a view of the mountain and the city. It was clean, and was spacious and we enjoyed eating at the balcony when we order room service. Every morning, fog was enveloping the city and it was just beautiful watching it dissipate as the sun rises. If I have to pick on something, I hope they transition to big bottles of shampoo & showergels that are fixed on the bathroom, the hotel still uses the individual travel sized toiletries.

The hotel also has the sweetest, most helpful, and really great staff - Dua Lipa and Serene - these ladies are just a-mazzzinnng... they helped us with each of our itenirary, gave their recommendation given the time frame circumstances that we had, and really made a connection with us. And they do it with each of the guest that they entertain.. Man, these ladies were phenomenal. Love love loved our stay in sapa center because of them.

overall, its a great place to stay,...
