I felt so welcome in this store as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely women, I forgot to catch her name but hopefully she sees this and remembers me. She recommended the best perfume to me & also gave me a hand exfoliation 😭🙏 not only that I was given other small products, like packet creams and small items like that by her & she said “ that’s what we do “ no matter how much I thanked her for the visit & making me feel so special. I told Her I would write a review of her & she wouldn’t let me write this as she didn’t want the boast, but this girl is amazing and she is a keeper! I can highly recommend the exemplary customer service in this store. All staff are helpful, professional and welcoming but Stephanie is an absolute superstar. She is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the products available. She has tried some of the products such as exfoliating hand scrub, followed by massage oil and hand and nail cream while delivering a mini manicure to my friend and I. There is no pressure selling tactics, but the products are so good, who can resist treating themselves!
