Awful customer service, terrible repairs. If there is a place to avoid this is it! I was in a rush and didn't shop around but I've learnt my lesson. I walked into this jewellery store back in March 2023 for a quote and repair on a lobster clasp. The lady was on a mobile phone, looked pretty pissed when I walked in because, you know, I interupted her... She was plain rude and condescending. Yet I nedeed to drop my piece of jewellery for repair and carried out. She quoted me some average pricing in the mid 60s range, but I had to wait 2 weeks to get it done. Mind you, it's a lobster clasp, you cut it, laser, re-attach it, like a 5 mins job. And I didn't mind waiting 24hrs for that, but no can do it seems. Fine, do what you need to do and call me when done then. 2 weeks later, I get a SMS; go to the store to pick it up, different lady thi time, charging me $105! Totally different from what I was quoted on. I was clearly not having it but she just stood there, pretty silent and wanted to give me some free cleaning stuff to apologise. No thanks, you can keep your product and business. I did pay and left and thought I will never come back to this place again. And I did not, even though 6 month later, November 2023 the repair they've done totally fell apart!!! I had my golden chain for 30 years and never had an issue with it. They over charge you, do a dodgy repair, make you wait 2 weeks and it's broken all over again. So piece of advise, do not got there for your repairs, they clearly don't to care. I decided to go upstair in the gallery, find a great store, lovely lady super friendly, awesome customer service who did the job on the spot for $60! I...

Stephen and Lisa as well as their expert team are the best jewellery with the most ethical approach and most creative and durable design and the highest quality we have ever been to. They put love in their products, and source their stones from the fair and ethical locations. In our numerous interactions with them, we enjoyed every second and we are looking forward to going back to them again and again. We are sincerely grateful for all they have done for us. Owning their craftsmanship with us makes us more confident and leave us with a nostalgic feeling. I cannot recommend them highly enough and strongly encourage you to drop in their shop and see their quality directly. We were also delighted to see their family members in different occasion and we appreciated the love they provide to their children and each other.

We had such an exceptional experience at this store, thanks to the wonderful Grace. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and at ease. Grace was not only incredibly warm and friendly, but also very knowledgeable. She guided us through the process of customising an engagement ring with such professionalism and care. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions that helped bring our vision to life. The final result was absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier with the ring, and it’s something we’ll treasure forever.
