IN THE MORNINGS WORKERS PRETEND THEY'RE WORKING BUT ALL THEY'RE DOING IS HAVING THERE BREAKFAST ,LUNCH. BREAKS ALL DAY IN THERE LITTLE ROOM W AC AND TV.. THE CITY NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS BUILDING , THE MAIN OFFICE , MAINTENANCE OFFICE, WORKERS THE LACK OF NOT DOING THERE JOBS TO KEEP UP WITH THE BUILDING PROBLEMS AND LIES THEY GIVE YOU ABOUT FIXING THINGS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Whatever you do, don’t live here. This place is poorly managed and the tenants are no better. They stole my food after I confronted them about playing loud music at 2 am. The children would play soccer in the courtyard and kick the ball at my window and front door on many occasions even though it’s against the rules. I was without gas for a year until I spoke up and miraculously two weeks later they installed an electric stove in my unit. There was severe water damage and no one brought it to my attention until I said something. The super also told me he was off the clock when I got locked out of my apartment. The bad reviews may have been accurate a few years ago but since then we have gotten facial recognition security, I’ve seen the building exterior improve significantly, the landscaping and overall cleanliness has improved and always maintained.
