ABC Deals — Local services in New York

I honestly love popping in here to see what I can find. The store is not the cleanest (the cleaning aisle comes to mind, but I think a lot of the product has probably been sitting there for some time/has had spills etc.) but it's nothing outrageous. They have better pricing than a lot of the 99 cent stores for the same or better items. There is a lot to look at here and you can find just about anything you might need. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and respectful in my opinion. I will definitely be shopping here...

Return and exchange policy goes against the Better Business Bureau policies. Legally, they’re supposed to allow returns and exchanges on items such as window blinds. But they don’t. They have a sign posted expressing their refusal to do so. You can spend your money at other shops in the neighborhood that follow the law.
