When they started they were trying but now the level of disrespect, rudeness, human decency and lack of customer support is horrible. I live 3 hours out of Melbourne and I came in just to do business with them. I wanted to inspect a coin that I wanted to buy like I always did in the past (on several occasions over the last 3 years with gloves and magnifying glass since I need to send it in for grading with PCGS). The employee told me I can’t open the capsule, so I told him then I can’t buy it unless I can inspect it properly. The manager hippy sounding guy from the other side was being rude to me regarding that and telling me these coins are not for grading in a condescending rude manner (that’s my business not his as to what I do with my coins) but I let that go. I pulled out 2 coins to sell and I told them since I’m not allowed to inspect the coin they are selling to me properly then it would be reasonable for them also not to test or inspect the coins they are buying from me. At this point the hippy sounding dude which maybe the manager started to pull rank on me and decided to kick me out in front of all staff and other customers including my fiancée that was standing next to me might I add. Such disgusting customer treatment should not be tolerated. I told him that his boss is going to hear about this and he replied he doesn’t care. I contacted Michael Pepper the owner via mobile phone call no answer, left a message he didn’t get back to me and I sent him a text message explaining what happened never heard back from him. i.e. I gave the owner a chance to make things right and he didn’t care either. My experience with Bullion Now... First order came up short on 1 x 2oz silver bullion coin, luckily they were able to find their mistake and send me my coin.

Since then I have purchased more Silver and recently have been very disappointed in their shipping and handling techniques - I am buying Silver bullion coins for investment and collector value and they arrive scratched up from being packaged all rubbing together .... then when I write an email to Michael Pepper, the Owner of Bullion Now to make him aware and request the damaged coins to be replaced.... absolutely no response and no accountability...!

Whats the point in investing in silver or gold bullion collector items, buying precious coins and bullion when they arrive scratched??

Will NEVER buy anything else from you guys again, this is the way your orders will arrive..! No point...

Sadly last week will be my last order with Bullion Now.

I loved their company and how transparent they were with the process of buying bullion however their service has gone down the hole.

They take over a week to reply to emails and today they do not even have their phones turned on (even though they are open on this Monday).

I understand they are rapidly growing in size however there are now other dealers that are offering the same buyback price as well as cheaper prices for their products as well as being a lot better at replying.
