Pretty pathetic experience esp. as a long term customer and for a premium drink (25 yr old single malt) purchased via Dan Murphy. Your Prahran store is not willing to follow your published returns guidelines citing all sorts of BS such as product not stocked with their store, high value item etc. despite your returns policy not citing any such exclusions and clearly stating that non-Marketplace faulty or damaged items can be returned at a customer's local store.
