Security guard just lost you a local customer. I shop with you at least twice a week. This is the first time my dog was denied entry. Didn't have a sign saying "no dogs". Just refused entry and refused to even serve me at the door.

Be consistent or put up a sign! I suggest you shop across the road. Better selection and the staff were fine with my Pomeranian as is every other bottle shop in the city. If you don't serve food then you should have a sign up saying it's a store policy.

I had a very disappointing and distressing experience at this store. The long beard staff member was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked a simple question, and later spoke in a mocking and offensive manner, assuming we wouldn’t understand. The attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made us feel very uncomfortable.
