EzyMart — Local services in Melbourne

This store is good if you are a tourist staying nearby and need something urgently . It is expensive but of course you will expect to pay from a smaller establishment in a prime location . I visited at 5.30pm Tuesday 23 July. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful and I purchased the particular chocolate I wanted for much cheaper than at the nearby IGA as the guy at Ezymart gave me a good deal . My husband went into the store to purchase something an hour after me and also said the guy at counter was friendly and helpful . Thanks to Omar, our stay was incredibly cozy and convenient. The Airbnb check-in and check-out were done at EzyMart, which made me a little nervous at first due to the ID check, but Omar’s warm attitude and friendly small talk quickly put us at ease.

He also recommended some delicious Aussie choc chips (a must-try!) and gave us great tips on local places to visit, which made our trip even more fun and memorable. Our first impression of Melbourne was nothing but warm and welcoming—thanks to Omar’s amazing hospitality....

I have been to a number of EzyMarts and they all have pretty good service. This guy completely ignored me when I said Hi, then when I came to buy, I said Hi again and I’m he ignored me.

Then he laughed - I think he was watching something. Then said $10.50. No thank you or anything, even thou I said “thank you!”

As I walked out, I turned back and I told him “you should talk more with customers, you’re way too quiet”. He said “yep”

I won’t shop there if I see him.
