I've been in ANZ customer for many years. Why I decided to open an account because guess what they were open on this Saturday and they had tellers and a full staff during the week. They knew you by name it took care of your private transactions like it should be what maybe 5 years ago. But now at the HighPoint branch it's self-service with staff that could care less about you as an individual. The loan team loves to sit in the office have coffee and gas bag. Would I give them any commercial business No way. The funny thing now is they require you every six to a year to go into it's self- service branch and show them verification ID and set a verbal password. Absolutely nonsense. Also did you know that they are not responsible for large transactions into their ATM machines want to deposit more than 500 dollars in bills it's taking your chance with your hard earned money and your care factor again zero. Can you imagine. All ANZ wants to hold your money invested and offer little benefits in certainly your saving by hiring newbies to be concierge. Trust me I've moving all my accounts to the credit union upstairs...

It's almost three months now, and I don't understand why it's so difficult to get. There are no bank counters, and it's hard to ask anything. It seems like they're trying to protect themselves because it's becoming increasingly difficult to contact them. The card was supposed to arrive within seven days, but after three months, I still haven't received it. This bank is no longer reliable. When I go to follow up, they remain indifferent. I can't even withdraw money. When I tell the bank staff, they can't do anything. Calling and sending SMS through the app, they just tell me to wait. I've waited and waited until I feel like I've been tricked into waiting. This is really bad. I recommend others not to use this unreliable and frustrating bank. It will waste your time with their poor system...

So please learn from my mistake which does not care about the receipt. Don't use the ATM if it does not provide the receipt, the bank just wants our money they don't care about the trust of the business. Who cares about paper less if the bank could...
