Queens Place — Local services in Melbourne

Stayed at an airbnb in this building on a high floor. The apartment was alright. But what prompted me to write a review is the waiting time on the elevators - horrendously long. This is a pretty large building with lots of tenants, and is served by only four elevators. Of those, two were down during my stay. It is so bad that the line for people waiting can exit the lobby and wrap around the front of the building. Residents have resorted to pressing both elevator buttons (up and down) in order to just be able to get on a lift, which exacerbates the problem further. It is shocking that a building this large doesn’t treat a disabled elevator like a maintenance emergency. That behavior alone from management is enough to earn a review, and a one-star...

This apartment management is terrible. Pool is broken for weeks, waste chute is down for months, unstable hot water supply in winter depends on your luck for the whole floor, lifts out of order for almost a year, so be prepared to wait for 5+ minutes every single time you wait for the lifts. The only good thing about this building is they have implemented a food locker in the lobby, so if you don’t mind everything is broken in this building and really value having a food locker for your food delivery which no delivery guy use, come stay at Queens Place, your best experience in...

Had a great stay here beds were comfortable and lots of appliances, wifi is good & good location but unfortunately and unforgettably the elevators every day at anytime were always full, pretty sure only 2 work as the other ones never once opened whilst we were here which was a week and every day there was a massive line as it was common to wait at the least 10 minutes each time, definitely need more elevators, this was a like of people behind us, there were 8 people...
