Sapphire by the Gardens — Local services in Melbourne

I am so glad that I have now moved from this building. Granted, from the outside, the building design is great. However everything diminishes once you step inside. The materials used are the cheapest quality materials and hardware, facilities are one of the worst provided; and what makes it worse is the pretentious, petty, rude, and racist building manager ensuring you have a horrendous experience. Lifts are constantly broken, people get kicked out of the foyer if you sit for too long, water pipes have burst and there are no skirting boards on a few levels which they haven’t bothered to fix or replace, the key tags for the elevator is extremely slow to respond, the hot water cuts out constantly, the noise insulation is terrible (can hear neighbours and upstairs extremely clearly), there are plenty more disasters in this building which I’m too tired to even list. My best advice is to at all costs, avoid purchasing or renting in this overpriced building that claim they are the...
