7 Fresh Supermarket — Local services in Perth

This shop was my preferred asian store. It’s changed now. On 10/03/24, around 15:00 I was shopping and suddenly felt a very terrible stomach upset, needed to go to the toilet. I was frantically looking for toilet so I went to the back area of the store. One of the cashier girl didn’t allow me to use the toilet, shouting and yelling at me inappropriately to leave the store warehouse. She refused to let me use even though I pleaded. I could have fainted trying to hold which my stomach could have burst at the very minute. She said that it’s not her problem. It’s the store policy that the toilet is not for customer saying that if she let one person use she will have to let others. There is no exception for emergency case. I had to run to the opposite store Wing Hong butcher to relief myself which they were kindly enough to let me use even though it was not for customer/public as I explained that I was in very painful stomach upset. It took me long to clean up myself at the toilet. I went back to 7 Fresh Supermarket trying to speak to the manager/owner. He disregard me and worst arrogantly said that “Next time don’t shop here. We don’t need your business”. That really stunned me. The supermarket is run by people that are inhuman! Shame on the owner/manager...

This shop has stock stacked everywhere making the corridors very narrow when walking with there broken basket trolley’s. A item fell from a double staked pile of goods which was placed to the very edge of the shelves which is also a safety risk for consumers. The storeman noticed the item fall and the package spilt causing it to spill its liquid contents. The way this man forced me to pay for this item was totally unacceptable, I am a person who would have offered to pay for the item due to a general accidental incident that occurred. I am seriously considering contacting the local council about this shop’s liability towards the general public’s safety and policy regarding general breakage’s. This behaviour wouldn’t happen at Cole’s, Woolworths or any other grocery store for that matter that I have shopped. Cashier was so rude attitude. I went there to shop first time so didn’t buy anything and walked out, planned to come back again after finishing other shops. The cashier looked at me with unfriendly glances when I didn’t buy anything and walked through. Few minutes later, I went back to this shop again after shopping at another shop, to see veggies but decided not to buy again because of price and walked out in 1 min. This time the cashier asked me to check my shopping bag and took my stuffs out to check. I said I have the receipt all of stuffs I just bought from another shop, NOT YOURS!!

Really feel uncomfortable with their unfriendly attitude and will never come back to this shop again
