Literally THE most unwelcoming store in all of Northbridge, I used to come here very often, and whenever I did eyes would follow me. One time I caught them talking about my cousin and I saying “盯着她们”, keep an eye on them- we were the only ones in the store I always felt it because we dressed like ”老外” (they’ve said other horrible things about us, that I can no longer quote), literally hesitate to even walk in the place nowadays because of how judgmental they are. And the most recent time I went with a friend who is a regular at their place and they’re friendly to her, I was only there because she had to buy something, and I was just browsing and the entire time the guy was hawk guarding me. This store is pretty, clean and has a lot of interesting products and range. The only displeasing thing is the service. I came to introduce my friend who was keen on starting makeup to some brands that this store only provides and was a bit taken aback by the service.
