Serious concern about their hygiene standards. I had a milk tea with black pearl and it tasted off and disgusting, very different from any other bubble teas I've had including the ones from this shop. Within 30 minutes I started to throw up, soon after cold sweat and diarrhoea started. Next day, I had a sever skin reaction similar to contacting cockroach (I am allergic to cockroach). It was not my first time ordering purple rice yogurt, it is always my fav drink from Teamorrow, however, I was disappointed from today’s quality, it was very plain and tasteless, I had to ask them to remake for me, the remake was exactly the same taste. The staff said it is always being the same taste, and nothing they could do, I felt they thought I was being difficult but no, I only just wanted a decent drink. The tea selection is good and they offer you different sugar and ice levels, even for fruit frappe drinks (which many other stores won't do). I sometimes find the tea a bit bitter or over-brewed though, but happy real ingredients are used. I really enjoy the watermelon ice tea, no sugar, with a cheese foam. It is usually delicious.
