I searched for Sydney's highest rated kebab shop and this came up and so i journeyed all the way up to the city for a donner beef kebab.I arrived to the lovest owners but sadly the food let them down. I feel bad writing this review but this could potentially help them too if they take my advice. Firstly the beef was the low end sausage beef mushy no matter how crispy they recooked it for me. I got my usual donner beef with extra onions, tabouli, chilli, chilli sauce and bbq sauce the final product should taste almost smokey with a beef finish but I was shocked at my first bite the kebab had no taste the mushy beef wasnt pleasant and I couldn't taste the sauce I opened it up and was looking for the sauce and I found some bbq sauce in it but tasteless. After a few bites i placed it down as i couldn't eat it any more the grease taste was too much from the toaster. The chips honestly was a bad choice the supplier shouldn't be supplying those chips to anyone as even after the right frying time they tasted old and bitter because I think oil needed chanting. struggled to eat them because they tasted old and uncooked but they where cooked just a bad chip from supplier. The best part was the cold schweppes lemonade that washed all that taste. Now my advice, these reviews from all the reviewed show be removed and you need to go back to the basics and leave the city. The rent obviously is causing quality to go down and to bring customers back would be better for a cheaper location where you can reduce rent and increase quality and still gain traffic remember just because city offers large amounts of traffic doesn't mean they are your target market. Office workers are looking for lighter meals or meals which are somewhat of quality but delivered fast. I don't want to see you guys at an age which you should be retiring and enjoying life be destroyed by reviews and loss of customers. The city isnt what you need. remember in 2023 a kebab and meal with drink and chips no matter where you go is +$16 so go somewhere that rent is reasonable and instead of throwing your life savings out the door to be in sydneys cbd leave and locate a new place and establish a new Lotus where food quality is unmatched.

The food never disappoints. Delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Itās no surprise the shop is always busy, often selling out by the end of the day. The location is convenient, and itās such a great addition to the complex.
