I am thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience at Cult. I ordered a lighting item over six months ago, and it remains undelivered—the only outstanding piece from numerous suppliers I’ve used. Despite assurances, the item arrived damaged with a hairline crack, and I’m still waiting for a replacement with no clear timeline. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a premium retailer. My interior designer had selected several Cult pieces for my project, but I’m now forced to look elsewhere due to this ordeal. I’ve heard similar complaints from others, and it’s clear Cult’s customer service falls short. I strongly advise potential customers to consider more reliable alternatives.

The first time I ordered furniture through them, they were fantastic...however, the latest order, the service has been absolutely horrible. It took over two weeks for them to inform me if they had a bench in stock and once confirmed it was, it took another week to get an invoice so that I could collect it. Also ordered light fittings (at the same time back in March) which I was originally told would be arrive in May. I received a note in late May saying they were delayed due to Covid reasons which was completely understandable and that they wouldn't arrive until late June. Got another email late June stating they wouldn't be in until late July. Finally in August as I hadn't heard anything further I contacted them and they had arrived. It took over two weeks to get them transferred to the showroom for collection. Then when I collected, the light fittings and cords were not in the box..only the light shades! Read moreI ordered a lamp online and paid, I recieved an email saying it was out of stock, when ask how long it will take to receive maybe 8 weeks. I was ok so far. Heard nothing for months. By this stage changed the colour of my room more lighter tones. Asked Cult if I could change the colour of the lamp shade from white to the black one. Now these lamps come from overseas so no way their going to order just one. I get an email with their T&C, you can't change your mind. I ordered this lamp in mid June and still have not received it. Its now been 13 weeks. You'd think that they would be caring and let me have the colour I want. But no, so I will be telling as many as I can. Dont shop at tbis store, they have no heart
