Your prices have been increase TOO much.

I am a school student and have been using your carpark for over a year, HOWEVER now in a matter of 1 month you have increased the prices for early bird customers from $9 to $14.

VERY disappointed. I was a very reguarly customer but now I am so disappointed and WON'T be coming back until your change these rates.

In future inform your customers prior to the change....

The rates are different to the website. Much more expensive. Dont know why. Possibly changed it due to the winter festival but website does say it should be the same as...
