This was a very nice tea choice, I had the Wintermelon with black tea and I added lemon for a bit of an extra kick. Very yummy flavours and served by two attentive ladies. They don't have any watermelon flavours which was a bit sad, but that made me try another melon flavour. Very very yummy and brain freezingly cold, I will have to come back and try a different flavour again. The lady’s at this place are absolutely lovely and are incredibly understanding, on the day we went the cashier let us move to the side and count our money, she helped count and everything! Through out the entire time the lady was extremely positive and understanding of these teenage girls that had rocked up trying to pay with some coins, Thank you Cindy. Also the drinks are fire!!! This woman deserves a pay rise💕💕💕

This is my go to store above any of the others. I never have to worry about the quality of the drinks as they are always fresh. So much so that the black pearls are sometimes still warm 😋. Sindy is such a kind and considerate person who goes out of her way to memorise customers names and orders. I always recommend Sindy’s store to my friends and family whenever they are craving bubble iced tea

I think the girl making my drink isn't experienced. Cindy please train your staff better. The drink wasn't even filled up. It was just above ¾ filled. I paid $30 for 3 drinks for my drink to not even get the full amount. My brown sugar milk tea didn't have enough pearls compared to the other times I buy it. The pearls were gone after a few sips. I ordered Wednesday afternoon and it was a chubby girl with really long brunette hair that made my drink. And she looks like she doesn't know what she is doing. She was putting wrong measurements and putting ice when I said no ice she had to take it out which made the drink underfilled. AND she took 20+ mins to make 3 drinks?!?! The manager was there too so whats taking so long. So many customers were waiting and getting frustrated. Ugh do better and do...

These guys know how to brew a perfect brown sugar bubble tea.

I came in today to do some shopping and grabbed bubble tea like I do every time I goto Westfield. The kids got bubble tea too. Not sure what they got but one was blue. But I grab the same thing every time.

As silly as it sounds, like a good coffee, bubble tea must be brewed just right and the what you have with it is store and company depending, and here, I buy a brown sugar bubble tea with light ice.

Simply divine, perfect and amazing. The staff are genuine and the cues are light. I only waited 2 minutes and like in a coffee shop there is a minute or 2 to wait while they make it.
