2 Face Bar Cafe & Lounge — Local services in Salzburg

If you want to feel unwelcome, this is definitely the place to be! The staff were extremely rude and loud. Just 15 minutes after assigning me a table, they asked me to move to another one because it was “reserved.” One waiter told me this politely, but then another shouted the same thing, and they both started laughing and speaking in German. They moved me upstairs to another table, but it was unbearably hot. There was no air conditioning, and with the heat from the charcoal, the place felt stifling. When the hookah finally arrived, it tasted awful—completely like burnt charcoal, with no flavor at all. Later, the waiter brought it without even asking if I needed anything else, and no one checked on me for the rest of my visit. It’s no surprise this place was empty—there wasn’t a single other customer besides me. I would not recommend...

The atmosphere is cool but the service was not. Our server dropped all of our drinks on the ground and all over one of our friends… did not apologize, and never came back to serve us. Another server came out. Still no apology, and gave us the wrong drinks. And never came back to check on us or ask us if we needed anything. Then asked us for a tip when we checked out. Very bizarre behavior. They basically were friendly before they dropped all of our drinks. And after, were embarrassed about it and rude to us because of their own mistake. Lol....

It's definitely the best shisha place in Salzburg ... Big enough of a space with great service and consistency in shisha smoke experience every time we go there.

Their shishas are clean and their drinks menu is extensive, and most importantly, music played there is fun.
