What a disappointment! The store is located at an ultra premium shopping mall in Sao Paulo, where you would expect the best of the best in the world.

Well, the only thing that matched the expectation was the high price! The orange with chocolate was so disappointing, they cut the orange so thin that you can barely taste. Compared to any street shop in Europe, this was garage.

I asked if I could taste a piece at the store and the attendant (as if she was reading from her training manual), "sorry Sir, we don't offer free tasting". I said I didn't want anything free and just wanted to pay for a sample before buying a whole box of it.

Given the location and presentation of the store, I fell for it like an idiot and bought the box. Typical trap, buyer thinks high price = excellent price. Not going back!

BTW, to be fair the Panettone pieces with chocolate are good, but not worth the...

Atendimento horroroso! Os produtos sao bons porém..... Atendentes nao gostam de atender. Ficam 4 atendentes olhando para o teto fingindo nao estar ali. Você os chamam e eles ignoram. Nao tem gerencia para observar isto. Sao antipaticos e grosseiros. Há outros cafés melhores neste shopping, no Shops. Fomos hoje...

Lata de 500 gramas de Panettone coberto com chocolate = 220 REAIS (ISSO MESMO 220 REAIS)

Pra quando chegar eu ver que tem GORDURA VEGETAL na composição! Se for pra comer esse tipo de gordura compro um panettone no mercado de 10 reais!
