I was surprised that's so close to closing the there was so many dirty tables and staff were occupied in the back. I stepped to the counter ordered a small hot chocolate and a large steep tea I had to repeat my order three times for the clerk to ring it in properly with three sugar two cream, although I can test that there was three cream and two sugar I drink it begrudgingly. To top it off I ordered and paid for a chocolate donut I scanned my Tim's app a deduction was made I completed the transaction I was given the tea in the hot chocolate and no donut. When I questioned about the donuts the clerk said that she did not bring it in and I had to pay again for a transaction that if she was listening would have been completed properly the first time. My guest and I wiped table off with a napkin sat down had our conversation and then they started bringing in the chairs and tables I knew it was time to go, and finished up my tea and went on my way.
FOR THE SECOND time and this time at a different location Tim Hortons has asked me to contact them by the 800 number to resolve it and better understand the situation and make things right. The last time I called there are 800 number not only did they have no clue who I was or what I was talking to them about they did not make it right and that's why I went many blocks out of my way to go to a different Tim Hortons to hopefully get better service in a clean environment with a consistent quality product. Read moreI've been here a handful of times and usually strictly out of convenience. Im not one to rate service poorly often..but tonight was bizarre. No one wanted to work there..which I understand. But it took 10 minutes to make my order and they were dead. No one there was professional, having coming up to the window to stare at things together without explaining. No wonder it took so long to get my order. Finally by the time my order was ready, they came by the window and handed me four tiny bags. I was alone in my car with no assistance. I asked if they could put my order In a bigger bag. There was a silent protest and I had to explain that I had less hands than bags. One gal begrudgingly gets a plastic bag. I know it's intended to be given to customers because it's got handles and they KNEW they had them. Took another two minutes to pack my order into the bag.
I really think moving forward I will go out of my way to go elsewhere because it's now the second time I've had to ask for a bag and feel like they are in pain...
Read moreTerrible service, I come to this tims all the time and when I order Hasbrowns in store and ask for them to be fresh and on the crispier end rather than soggy the lady is always great about it and fulfills my order no problem. Today I went into the drive through and asked the same, they said ok no problem. When I go to the window they were pretty soggy and I asked her if she could replace them and I was told that she could not take them back, and that thats how they always are. I explained to her that when I physically go in they never have any problems so why today? She continued to tell me how I was wrong. If you believe you cannot fulfill my request then at the time of the order you should tell me that when I ask not say "yep sure". I am telling her from experience and she is telling me that my previous experiences are wrong?
