Jaspreet always goes above and beyond for us as customers and we really appreciate that, because I always have to call with special instructions for my son's food, after his serious operation on his throat.. that said, I hope that Popeyes gives this amazing essential worker and great professional the respect and commendation that she deserves for representing Popeyes 110% and for caring about us as customers and are very important special instructions that we always call about, to ensure that my son is always receiving what he needs.

Read moreI have ordered here a few times. Food is consistently good. Some good offers on the app. On the other hand, their service has been pretty consistently atrocious. The front counter employees are usually inattentive and not welcoming - maybe I’ve come in bad days since it’s been hot. They usually have no sense of urgency regardless if there’s only you as a customer or a line up. At one of the times while they were in the middle preparing our food, two of the employees went to go see something at the office beside the counter as they were laughing. it looked like they were looking at another coworker’s phone. The guy even had a box prepped open in his hand while he walked over to laugh over whatever they were looking at and took a minute to chat and laugh. We thought this was inappropriate and unprofessional while attending to a customer.

Read moreFirst of all, mobile ordering doesn't work. It doesn't reflect the items available in store (or unavailable) and the order can't be changed at the store, forcing the customer to make a new order in person, and seek a refund online. Fun! In my case, the store hadn't even received the online order - but two of the items were unavailable, anyway.
More importantly, the food was really bad. My popcorn shrimp was so old it smelled funny. Everything was cold, and gross from being cooked in old, dirty oil. Truly unbelievable. The chicken sandwich wasn't as bad as the rest, but the batter on that chicken was still gross. I even tried the onion rings, but same gross batter, and ice cold.
I got a pop from the machine, and even that was gross. I don't know how that happens, but it tasted disgusting and I had to throw it out too. The only edible things I got out of $25 were a decent biscuit, and a tasty pie. Yay.
I honestly don't know how this place stays in business, and highly suspect a lot of fake reviews to get this kind of rating.
