Terrible customer service. Rude and very disrespectful. Racial profiling. Visited Fit4less the same day and even though service is cheaper their customer service is superb, polite and very respectful. I got to try various types of massage chairs and other services free without charge.
Entry was free and sign up was instant from a vending machine.
Apparently, these folks at Fifth are rude because of some steam room. Hahahaha, 🤣 Steam and saunas which is so common in the Scandinavia it's in every household. They got so jived and arrogant about using a steam room. Terrible customer service. I wasn't too surprised when another customer told me about the rude services by that one lady. Don't use their service.
Edited after seeing their remorseless response! How does someone who refused to pay a service fee of CAD 49 become the disrespectful one/s? You cannot even tell a good lie to save your image. I paid and so how do 2 grown adults become my responsibility? Oh! Really so that disrespectful arrogant lady is 24 weeks pregnant? What a shame! I didn't even know she was fit to be a mom. She acted like a child the whole time with that smirk on her face cutting customers off every time they talked. Very arrogant with a terrible customer service approach. She must be the one the other customer spoke so spiteful about.
If you ever meet her note that the owner is as rude as their workers.
And Yes. Fit4less is way better because I'm so used to Saunas I laughed when you got so angry two guest visitors you granted assess to your gym used your shower 🚿. Where has humanity gone to? Shame. Fit4less granted over 1 hrs free access to 4 potential customers testing and trying all sorts of massage chairs and gym equipment. Your response is so disgusting 😡!
Don't get it twisted, they were willing to pay but for their inability to produce a card. They promised to get a bank card later that same day. Your attendants agreed until that beast of a lady showed up judging/profiling them for no reason. I had and so that's how I was the only one that subscribed. If you had only shut up to listen. They had cash only!
Guess what, they have their bank cards now and are subscribed to a more respectful brand. Shame on you. I'm really sad and surprised that you could act that way with a 24week pregnancy. Hope you teach that kid to respect people of all races no matter how...
Read moreHad to update my review and drop 2 stars. With the coming of the new trainer, Paul or whatever his name is, this gym is gone down in quality. It brought a lot of members who are just inconsiderate and plain annoying. The place is always left a mess with weights and random equipment laying all over gym floor all the time. People keep leaving their clothes, bags and other stuff oll over the place. His "clients" walk around like they own the gym, very inconsiderate. Just withing one weekend, i witnessed 3 different incidents of them complaining, hogging equipment and just being absolutely rude to other mebmers, just because they know that trainer. Women lockers are filthy as well. These people have no common sense and keep putting their filthy shoes inside the lockers. Like full gym is their closet space. Less people started cleaning equipment. Its very sad to see such a good place go down in quality because I do like this gym a lot. It is still a great facility, but well the quality of people just made ot go down so hard. This man managed to ruin the energy in the gym just in few short months of being there. I miss their old team of trainers, both ladies and Kai. They have great knowledge and personality. Which...
Read moreI wish I could give 5th Avenue Club 10 stars! After a few years of working from home due to COVID, my husband and I weren't feeling as healthy as we would like to be. I toured many facilities looking for the right 'fit', and 5th Avenue Club suited us perfectly. It is conveniently located right in the Plus 15, with great parking, so no need to go outside! The gym itself is light, bright and airy, well maintained and very nice change rooms. The equipment is top notch, with circuit, lots of free weights, lots of cardio machines and miscellaneous great things like battle ropes and bosu balls. Cleanliness is a mantra at 5th Avenue, which is excellent. We are now achieving our fitness goals with the help of one of the onstaff personal trainers who makes working out fun when we are with him, and challenges us on our personal workouts between sessions with him. 5th Avenue Club celebrated their 25 anniversary in 2021, and I wish them 25 more! This fitness center is a wonderful fixture in the...
