Date of dine in - June 16th 2024

⭐ you can get a nice filling bowl of food or a meaty poutine for $5-$10 at this establishment (receipt photo provided) 👍

Today me and my girlfriend visited for a mid evening lunch/dinner with her being Korean she loved the availability of the Korean snacks and drinks at a incredibly affordable price aswell as the dishes available seems very authentic to the taste of South korea for her, I was astonished by not only the price of the dishes $8-15 that's including combos for some items we ended up each getting a dish and then a order of the bulgogi poutine to share I included the receipt photo as you can't be too sure seeing reviews online but wow just amazing not only the delicate beautiful plating and very authentic taste aswell as surprisingly the tip option only begins at 10% and goes to 25%, we ended up ordering more than we could finish as with the price we weren't expecting the filling large portions and as I say in most my reviews when the menu has 15 items or less you're aware the chef and staff know what they're doing and doing it incredibly well without trying to hard,

the front counter lady was very friendly as we hadn't experienced their type dining in with a order first and pay then await to get your food all food was pre packaged into To-go containers even for dine in which is a good choice in this day and age and bamboo utensils/chopsticks.

The chef or kitchen supervisor on duty was in the dining area as we were finishing our meals and couldn't help myself but thank him personally for the amazing food he said he was proud to be serving and other customers also thanked him wholeheartedly after finding out he was the one preparing their meals,

The whole experience felt like home cooking at a price that reminds you of a time prior to economic struggle and the atmosphere is beautiful with light blue wall with plants and vine decor along a metal backdrop and white plank walls creating a modern but inviting atmosphere with a little music in the background but quiet enough to comfortably talk and laugh over some amazing food, living very close we will definitely be regular customers and even got a extra bulgogi poutine to go as the beef gravy is undoubtedly not from a stock block but instead very very flavourful as it's most likely made from beef drippings, and the poutine has very high quality cuts of beef that melt in your mouth. incredible and will be writing a follow up review as we return and try other menu options. Also any establishment in 2024 I can spend a toonie for a pop beats any gas station or other stores.

Out of all my reviews this reigns among the top 1-2 and Once again compliments to the chef and A++ to the service and quality, I can't recommend this establishment more to everyone even just for a try that costs as much as a breakfast sandwich at a coffeeshop you will be hooked...

The interior of this spot is actually underrated. Although I did not dine in, it’s super cute and I’m sure one could get a lovely food-babe pic in there. They also have a little section for some Korean snacks!

I ordered the Chicken Mayo Bowl, Mattang, Pork Boa Bun, and Soy Garlic Dang Gang Jung! The Chicken Mayo Rice Bowl was such a well balance of textures and flavours! I really enjoyed it and it’s probably tied for my favourite with the Mattang. The Mattang was TOO nice; fried potato slices, with crispy tempura, drizzled with a honey garlic sauce? Mighty God. You really can’t go wrong with Boa Bun, so of course that was great as well. The pork was also extremely tender and well seasoned. Dang Gang Jung is their boneless fried chicken, and it was so good! Their chicken really has a nice crunch to it, but is also moist on the inside.

Not only is the food tasty, but the price is RIGHT. Tell me why everything on their menu is UNDER TEN DOLLARS? AND the portions make sense! It’s almost too good to be true!

This place is literally the perfect lunch and take-out spot. I’m telling ya, if you are in Calgary at any time, you...

The food is perfect, cheap and lovely. Came here for my first time and fell in love with the meal (on par with McDonalds with the price and quality). Wait time was speedy too speedy even like one blink and BOOM it was there. Peak food that I will be having like I will literally take transit of like 40 minutes to come here again. It was not spicy at all as I was scared it would be, and I love how the rice was sweet it gave the whole dish a sweet with bit of spice flavour (PEAK). Got the chicken bbq bowl and I eat a lot and I was full half way (I have not eaten anything in like 4 hours). This place cannot even be glazed because you cannot glaze greatness. The first bite and my tongue began to dance to the tunes of my meal. This meal brought tears to my eyes from the greatness. Please don’t go out of business (you won’t cuz you got two new regulars, me and my friend). I will be recommending this place to all and everyone. The meal with the eggs was 12 and the other one was 11 (cheap...
