TacoTime — Restaurant in Calgary

Every time I go to this location, this girl gets my order wrong. She’s given me cinnamon chips and salsa instead of chips and salsa, soft shell instead of hard shell, etc. I go here every day on my lunch break and almost every day, something is wrong with my order. Last week she overcharged me by $7 by adding a combo onto my meal, when I asked for it to be corrected she started giving me attitude saying “did you not hear me when I repeated your order?” I did hear her when she repeated my order as I had to correct her when she repeated that I ordered beef tacos instead of chicken, she never repeated a combo order to me. My best guess is that she hit a wrong button while correcting my tacos and added the combo meal. I understand mistakes happen which is why I still go back, but to be overcharged, given attitude and questioned on whether or not I heard her when I clearly did as I had to correct her, and then to see her laughing with her coworker when I told her that the attitude is unnecessary? After driving off I noticed she only refunded me $3.75 for an entire combo meal, and that the “corrected” order had no napkins, no sauce, no straw, and crushed hard shells. Some people don’t deserve their pay checks. What should have been a simple order correction instead got turned into an actual issue due to her attitude. So, I highly recommend eating at this restaurant. 😁 Ayusha greeted me as I entered with a beautiful smile and asked me “How are you?”…then she was patient as I figured out what I wanted and even when I used cash to pay. 🤑 Her and her team got my order right and speedily. I was asked if I wanted all the packages of hot sauce permitted for my meal instead of them just assuming how many I might want. And the food was absolutely delicious too. I special ordered the elchruncho without meat and they accommodated me. I also asked for tortillas with salsa on top of the mexifries. This place use to be so good to eat at and lately we find it’s becoming more and more of a headache. The people behind the counter get our order wrong all the time because they don’t listen and are always in a rush to serve us meanwhile we are the only people in the place. The most disappointing of all is how dirty the tables and floor is as of lately … 7 tables were disgusting and like I said we were the only people in there and no one came out to clean. So sad and sorry to say we will not be returning or recommending this taco...
